Key Responsibilities:




Handle incoming calls and emails Maintain files and records Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars Order and manage office supplies Support staff with basic administrative tasks

High school diploma or equivalent Previous office experience preferred Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to multitask and work independently
