Job Description

We are currently looking for a dynamic and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The Office Assistant will provide administrative support and help ensure the smooth operation of the office. Responsibilities: Assist in managing and organizing office files, documents, and records. Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel. Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, such as emails and letters. Schedule appointments and meetings and maintain calendars. Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents. Assist in coordinating office events and activities. Perform general clerical tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree is a plus. Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team. UAE residency or work permit is required. Please send your CV
