: We are currently seeking a resourceful and dependable Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our office environment. Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and faxes.
  • Maintain office filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring organization and accessibility.
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Handle office supplies inventory, ordering, and restocking.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
  • Perform basic clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
  • Support other administrative staff with various tasks and projects as needed.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the office space.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
