Job Description

\xe2\x97\x8f Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms

\xe2\x97\x8f Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports (preventive maintenance, stock keeping, attendance summaries, etc).

\xe2\x97\x8f Develop and maintain a filing system

\xe2\x97\x8f Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers

\xe2\x97\x8f Maintain contact lists for customers and providers

\xe2\x97\x8f Book travel arrangements

\xe2\x97\x8f Submit and reconcile office running expense reports

\xe2\x97\x8f Provide general support to visitors

\xe2\x97\x8f Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

\xe2\x97\x8f Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

\xe2\x97\x8f Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs

\xe2\x97\x8f Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary

\xe2\x97\x8f Organize office operations and procedures

\xe2\x97\x8f Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment and maintenance schedules

\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on tim
