Position Overview: The Office Assistant will be an integral part of our administrative team, providing essential support to various departments and ensuring the efficient functioning of our office. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong organizational skills, and is eager to take on diverse tasks. Responsibilities: Front Desk Operations:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and handle inquiries.
Administrative Support:
  • Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Meeting Coordination:
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments.
  • Prepare meeting rooms and necessary materials.
Office Supplies and Inventory:
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
  • Maintain inventory records and coordinate procurement requests.
Travel Arrangements:
  • Assist in making travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
Event Support:
  • Provide support in organizing company events, conferences, and team-building activities.
  • Assist with logistics, coordination, and setup.
Communication Liaison:
  • Relay messages and important information between various departments.
  • Assist in internal communication efforts, including distributing memos and updates.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Job Type: Full-time License/Certification:
  • UAE Driving License (Preferred)
