We are looking for a smart Office Assistant to be a part of our Administrative department. You should be primarily able to handle all administrative duties professionally and in a timely manner. Besides, you should also be able to maintain and update the filing system. As part of your job role, you should be able to greet and assist clients with any of their queries.
Responsibilities Answering incoming calls, emails and diverting the urgent ones to the appropriate department Maintaining and updating the filing system Greeting clients and assisting them with their queries Maintaining an accurate record of all important documents and other paperwork
Requirements and skills Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant or in another relevant administrative role Knowledge of \xe2\x80\x9cback-office\xe2\x80\x9d computer systems (ERP software) Working knowledge of office equipment Thorough understanding of office management procedures
