Job Description

We are looking for an organized and efficient office assistant to join IIQAF, a prominent financial services firm. The Office Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the office runs smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Track inventory and ordering of office supplies
  • Assist with bookkeeping and data entry tasks
  • Coordinate meetings and travel plans
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Maintain a filing system for documents
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good attention to detail and communication skills
  • Proven ability to foresee needs and take initiative
  • Ability to work quickly and under pressure
  • Proficient in relevant software such as MS Office Suite
  • Experience as an office assistant or relevant role
