We are looking for an organized and efficient office assistant to join IIQAF, a prominent financial services firm. The Office Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the office runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
Greet visitors and handle incoming and outgoing mail
Answer and direct phone calls
Track inventory and ordering of office supplies
Assist with bookkeeping and data entry tasks
Coordinate meetings and travel plans
Assist with special projects as needed
Maintain a filing system for documents
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good attention to detail and communication skills
Proven ability to foresee needs and take initiative
Ability to work quickly and under pressure
Proficient in relevant software such as MS Office Suite
Experience as an office assistant or relevant role
