We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at IIQAF! This role will be focused on providing administrative support to facilitate the smooth-running of the office and ensure that daily operations are structured and efficient. You will be a key contributor to the successful day-to-day running of the office and play a role in driving our organization forward.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the managers and staff of IIQAF
Maintain efficient filing systems for records, documents, and correspondence
Handle customer inquiries and communications in a timely and professional manner
Schedule and manage all external appointments and meetings
Coordinate travel arrangements as required
Manage order supplies and other office materials
Monitor inventory and ensure effective inventory management
Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and organized
Assist with light bookkeeping duties
Qualifications:
College degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 1-2 years of office experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other technical programs
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
Capable of working independently and as part of a team
