Job Summary: Looking for an Office Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Handle clerical tasks in the office
  • Respond to incoming calls as well as other communications
  • Welcome clients as well as visitors to the office
  • Make sure the workplace is clean, neat and tidy at all times
  • Photocopy and file documents as may be required
  • Undertake general office clerk duties and run errands for the office
  • Perform any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • At least 1 year of experience working as an office assistant or in a similar position
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must be computer literate
  • Should be presentable and a person with high level of integrity
  • Must have a positive attitude
  • Only Asian candidates are required
