Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Assistant, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Office Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including but not limited to, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and organizing files. The Office Assistant must be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in office management practices and procedures and will work to maintain efficient office systems.
Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides). Proven experience as an office assistant or administrative assistant. Knowledgeable in office management procedures and systems. Excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff. Ability to prioritize work assignments and complete them within established deadlines. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
