Job Summary: Looking for an Office Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Respond to phones and transfer to appropriate staff members if necessary
  • Welcome clients and direct them accordingly
  • Make sure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
  • Keep the office area clean and tidy at all times
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies
  • Offer administrative, secretarial and clerical support to others in the office
  • Maintain staff administrative records
  • Conduct any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • At least 2+ years of experience in the same or related role
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be flexible and reliable with teamwork mentality
  • Excellent work management and prioritizing skills
  • Must have a positive attitude
  • Only Filipino ladies
