IIQAF is in search of a driven, organized, and hardworking Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support for the organization and performing a wide range of office-related tasks and duties. The Office Assistant will be a key member of the IIQAF team, assisting with all facets of office operations, from data entry to customer service support.
Responsibilities:
Handle phone calls and inquiries from customers and vendors
Ability to type accurately and quickly
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other written materials
Create and maintain filing systems for both physical and electronic documents
Restocking of office supplies
Assist with data entry, projects, and other related duties as assigned
Provide general administrative support to all departments and management
Assist with preparation of marketing materials
Skills and Qualifications:
At least two (2) years of experience in an office or administrative support position
Strong organization and communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related software programs
Positive team player mentality
