Job Description

IIQAF is in search of a driven, organized, and hardworking Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support for the organization and performing a wide range of office-related tasks and duties. The Office Assistant will be a key member of the IIQAF team, assisting with all facets of office operations, from data entry to customer service support.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle phone calls and inquiries from customers and vendors
  • Ability to type accurately and quickly
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other written materials
  • Create and maintain filing systems for both physical and electronic documents
  • Restocking of office supplies
  • Assist with data entry, projects, and other related duties as assigned
  • Provide general administrative support to all departments and management
  • Assist with preparation of marketing materials
Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least two (2) years of experience in an office or administrative support position
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related software programs
  • Positive team player mentality
