Job Summary: Looking for an Office Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Handle clerical as well as administrative duties in the office
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining the office clean and in order
  • Run errands and handle the purchasing needs of the office
  • Maintain records, monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Attend to visitors and assist them accordingly
  • Carry out any other relevant tasks as may be assigned
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • The applicant must have a Degree or Diploma from a recognized institution
  • At least 1+ years of experience working as an office assistant or in a similar position
  • Ability to work well with computer applications
  • Must be smart and hard working
  • Should be organized and good time manager
