Job Summary: Looking for an Office Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
Offer administrative assistance to bank personnel, including handling phone calls, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, as well as organizing meetings
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their inquiries, providing basic information about banking products and services, and directing them to the appropriate staff members or departments as may be required
Ensure accurate and timely data entry of customer information, financial transactions, as well as other relevant data into the bank\'s computer systems
Maintain proper record-keeping practices to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information
Assist in processing various banking documents, including account opening forms, loan applications, as well as account closures
Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including managing office supplies, filing documents, and organizing records for easy retrieval
Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed across different departments to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer service delivery
Job Qualifications and Experience
Possess a Degree in a relevant course
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have good computer skills, including MS Office Suite and data entry
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Should be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
