Job Summary: Looking for an Office Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Conduct clerical duties in the office
  • Assist in organizing the office on a daily basis
  • Organize files and schedule meetings
  • Take and deliver messages as necessary
  • Perform other office duties as may be assigned from time to time
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution
  • At least 1+ years of experience in the same or similar position
  • Must have a warm personality with strong communication skills
  • Must be familiar with office equipment and procedures
  • Should have good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
