Job Description

As an Office Assistant, you will have the following responsibilities:
  • Office care: cleaning, maintaining the space and supply; meeting guests; making tea, coffee, launch
  • Documentation: legal documents, business operations documents, invoices, orders, printing etc.
  • Research
  • Assistance to the founders: personal assistance, daily schedule and email management assistance
  • Office representative: answer inquiries, phone calls and emails
