Job Description

SECRETARIAL WORK To take notes or dictation at official meetings and to provide general assistance during presentations. To do the complete backend preparation for any upcoming Exhibition across the world. To Coordinate with the Sales Staff (All Locations) and ensure that there reporting is as per the format and is timely. Organizing and maintaining diaries and scheduling appointments of the MD. Checking the incoming emails, faxes,calls and corresponding on behalf of the MD (If Authorized) Taking dictation and recording accurate facts as and when required. Carrying out background research and presenting the findings (For current and upcoming projects) Producing documents, reports and giving presentations. Organizing and attending meetings along with the MD. 12. Liasoning with clients, suppliers and other staff. KEY QUALITIES REQUIRED 1. Should be Target oriented. 2. Must be able to work within tight deadlines. 3. Should be a go getter and must be able to work with minimum supervision. 4. Should be innovative in his approach in getting the things done. MANDATORY THINGS 1. Must to be a Graduate. 2. Should be an Indian National. 3.Pref.Males are eligible to apply for this role. 4. Should have relevant Secretarial or Administration Skills either at India or at Qatar. 5. Candidate must be physically present in Qatar for Interview.
