Office Assistant Cum Receptionist

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests. Maintain cleanliness of the office, pantry, and restrooms. Handle mail distribution, document filing, and basic errands. Monitor and restock office supplies. Assist with meeting room setup and general staff support. Deliver documents or packages when required. Monitor and restock office supplies (stationery, beverages, cleaning materials, etc.). Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing documents as required by office staff. Keep the office premises clean and tidy (desks, meeting rooms, pantry, etc.). Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of pantry/kitchen areas. Maintain proper hygiene, grooming, and polite behavior. Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and show punctuality. Prepare meeting rooms before and after use (arrange chairs, clean tables, serve refreshments, etc.).

Requirements:



Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Good hygiene, discipline, and polite behavior. Basic knowledge of cleaning and hospitality duties. Able to handle physical tasks and office errands.
