The Office Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling day-to-day office tasks, assisting staff and management, and maintaining a professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize office files, documents, and correspondence.
Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries.
Assist in preparing reports, memos, and other documents.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules.
Support HR and accounting departments with basic administrative tasks.
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
Ensure the office is clean, well-organized, and presentable.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree in business administration preferred.
Proven experience as an office assistant, clerk, or in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Salary:
Salary range from 2500 AED to 3000 AED
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
