Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Perform general office duties including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors. Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports. Maintain organized filing systems--both electronic and paper-based--for student, faculty, and departmental records. Schedule meetings, appointments, and departmental events; assist with room bookings and calendar management. Support the coordination of academic programs, student orientations, and faculty development activities. Assist with data entry, report preparation, and document formatting. Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment; prepare purchase requests as needed. Provide support for special projects, seminars, or research events within the medical university.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
