We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our administrative and daily operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, preferably within a BMU (Building Maintenance Unit) or maintenance-related company. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and documentation
Handle incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence
Manage office supplies and keep inventory up to date
Assist in preparing reports, maintaining logs, and supporting management with routine tasks
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth internal operations
Support scheduling, record-keeping, and maintenance tracking
Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
