Job Description

Requirements:



High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Professional attitude and team spirit.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents. Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary. Support HR and accounting departments with basic administrative tasks. Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel schedules when required. Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner. Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
