Job Overview:
We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented
Office Assistant
to support our
Accounts Officer
in daily operations, including data entry, stock tracking, and inter-branch coordination. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial and inventory records, both at the head office and across multiple branch locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the
Accounts Officer
in daily accounting tasks and accurate
data entry
.
Maintain and update records in
QuickBooks
.
Monitor, track, and manage
stock inventory
at the head office and branch locations.
Conduct regular
stock tacking
visits to branches.
Collect and consolidate
incoming and outgoing transaction data
from the receptionist.
Make follow-up calls to customers when required.
Ensure all stock and transaction records are well-documented and up-to-date.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with
QuickBooks
.
Strong understanding of
stock management
and inventory systems.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work at the head office and travel to branches when necessary.
Fluency in
English
(native or equivalent level).
