We are looking for a reliable and organized

Office Assistant

to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in managing office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and office activities. Maintain office supplies and inventory. Provide general support to visitors and team members. Ensure office areas are clean and well-organized.

Requirements:



Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,600.00 per month
