Key Responsibilities:
Manage company emails, correspondence, and documentation.
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and data entry.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and company policies.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality of company records and sensitive information.
Perform other secretarial and administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience
in an
administrative or secretarial role
(preferably in a similar industry).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
