Al Hayat Mineral Water L.L.C. is looking for a

highly organized and detail-oriented Admin & Secretary

to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, manage company documentation, and ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage company emails, correspondence, and documentation. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and data entry. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and company policies. Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders. Maintain confidentiality of company records and sensitive information. Perform other secretarial and administrative duties as required.

Requirements:



Proven experience

in an

administrative or secretarial role

(preferably in a similar industry).

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

is mandatory. Strong

communication and organizational skills

. Ability to

multitask and work under pressure

in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Knowledge of

basic office procedures and document management
