Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to manage and oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of the office, support various departments, and maintain a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Administrative Support:

Manage and maintain office filing systems (physical and digital). Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner. Organize and maintain client documentation, contracts, and files.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.

Administrative Efficiency:

Streamline document processes and procedures to improve efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in a support or coordination role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations effectively.

Working Conditions:
