Key Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain and organize company records and filing systems
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Support HR and finance with basic administrative tasks
Liaise with vendors and service providers
Ensure cleanliness and order in the office space
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills in
English and Arabic
(both written and spoken)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
