An excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys providing general administrative support. This new opportunity will be for a healthcare facility in Dubai who will work as an Office Administrator/ Receptionist. In this role, you will be expected to:
process bills payment and create summary bill report
answer/screen/transfer telephone calls
welcome/greet and provide excellent customer service to guests / visitors in the offices
manage the reception area
ensure meeting rooms are ready and stocks are replenished
facilitate sending and receiving of packages/mails
provide general administrative support to the business
Requirements
For be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
should hold at least a bachelor degree, having a master degree certificate is a plus
should have at least 4 years of work experience
good grasp of using Microsoft office application
excellent command of English knowledge in Hindi and/or French language would be a plus
good administration skills
willing to work in Dubai
must have a valid UAE driving license
