Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
Keep records and reports up to date
Help maintain the budget plan
Supervise other staff and delegate responsibilities
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Supporting HR or accounting with admin tasks
Ability to use office management software (CRM, ERP, or HR systems--optional based on company)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Must know Hindi
