We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Administrator (Temp) to join the team on a temporary basis (6 months to 1 year) with the possibility of renewal. We specifically encourage applications from Arabic candidates who are on their own visa.
Responsibilities:
Proficient in Excel with strong data skills, including vlookup, filters, charts, pivots, and the ability to navigate through large datasets.
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including taking minutes of meetings, drafting presentations, and tracking various reports.
Excellent communication skills are essential for effective interaction with team members and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Fluent in Arabic with proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Strong data skills, with a focus on Excel formulas and functions.
Previous experience in an administrative role, particularly in handling data and administrative tasks.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
