Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency
Act as the primary point of contact for staff, visitors, and vendors
Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence
Maintain office files, records, and documentation
Prepare reports, letters, and presentations using Microsoft Office
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office supplies
Support management and staff with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience 2 - 3 years as an Office Administrator or similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Familiarity with other office software and systems
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
