The HR & Admin Executive will provide direct support to company management by managing staff administration, scheduling boss meetings & appointments, handling internal coordination, documentation, and maintaining professional office operations. A smart, responsible female candidate capable of maintaining confidentiality and ensuring smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Management Support
Maintain daily schedule of bosses -- meetings, appointments, travel plans
Coordinate communication between management and departments
Organize office files, documents, and confidential records
Prepare meeting minutes, reports, presentations, and correspondence
Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor management
HR & Staff Coordination
Manage attendance, leaves, overtime, WPS and salary documentation
Assist in hiring: job posting, screening, interviews scheduling
Handle onboarding & training documentation
Maintain staff personal files, passport & visa tracking and renewals
Support disciplinary actions and compliance procedures
Office Operations
Ensure office supplies, utilities and maintenance requirements
Handle basic accounts support and invoice documentation (if assigned)
Assist in company audits and policy implementation
Skills & Requirements
Female candidate only
Strong communication skills (English + Hindi/Malayalam/Tamil as needed)
Presentable, confident and good customer handling
Knowledge of MS Office, basic HR & admin software
Time management & multi-tasking skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional behavior
Experience in HR/Admin field preferred (Furniture industry is a plus)
