Oversee general office operations, including ordering supplies, managing vendors, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Greet visitors, manage phone calls, and handle incoming/outgoing correspondence.
Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for employee records, invoices, and other documentation.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, appointments, and events.
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, petty cash management, and expense reports.
Support HR with onboarding/offboarding processes and record maintenance.
Handle office equipment maintenance and coordinate with IT or external vendors as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as requested.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
