Office Administrator

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Office Administrator with a strong background in office management, & purchasing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day office activities, assisting with purchasing tasks, and supporting administrative functions as needed.

Responsibilities:



Organize and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory. Coordinate office maintenance and delivery. Manage office schedules, meetings, and appointments. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication. Ensure office cleanliness and organization. Assist with procurement of office supplies, materials, and services. Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate pricing. Track inventory levels and place orders as required. Ensure timely delivery of purchased items and manage returns or replacements if necessary. Provide administrative support to various departments. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation. Handle travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for staff. Maintain office records, files, and documents in an organized manner. Drive company vehicles for office errands, deliveries, and other requirements. Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained and regularly serviced. Ensure the office complies with all health and safety regulations. Assist in maintaining records of safety inspections and certifications.

Requirements:



Proven experience in office administration and purchasing. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of local vendors and suppliers is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Time management and ability to meet deadlines. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field. Previous experience working in a similar role within the UAE.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
