Lady Engineering Graduate
to join our team as an
Administrative Assistant
. The ideal candidate should be organized, tech-savvy, and capable of handling office operations efficiently while assisting the management in day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Manage office correspondence, documentation, and filing systems (digital & physical).
Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required.
Handle scheduling, calendar management, and meeting arrangements.
Support HR and procurement activities including record maintenance.
Monitor inventory, office supplies, and vendor coordination.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and administrative efficiency.
Requirements
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline).
Gender:
Female candidates only.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Experience:
Prior experience in administrative or coordination roles will be an added advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
