Ultratech World Engineering LLC, an Engineering company located in Jebel Ali Industrial Area # 1, Dubai is open to recruit Office Administrator.
The main Responsibilities of the Candidate includes ;
1) Administrative Support : Handle clerical duties like answering phones, managing emails, preparing documents (memos, reports, invoices), and managing mail and deliveries.
2) Business Development & Marketing : Send emails and company Profiles to the Potential customers and book meeting between the Sales Engineers and the client.
3) Office Management: Oversee office supplies and equipment inventory, place orders, and ensure the office is well-maintained and organized.
4) Record Keeping: Establish and maintain efficient filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
5) Communication: Serve as a professional first point of contact for clients and vendors.
The Candidate must possess the below Skills ;
1) Personality Traits : Positive attitude and Self motivated.
2) Organization & Time Management: The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and ensure smooth daily operations.
3) Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with internal and external parties.
4) Technical Proficiency: Competence in using various computer software, especially the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
5) Problem-Solving: The capacity to resolve operational issues and adapt to changing needs.
