The Office Administrator ensures the professional and smooth operation of the company and represents the administration and management at all times. Responsibility:
Strong support to the Human Resources Department with all office administration
Performs all immigration and labour relation activities such as the submission and collection of relevant documents and paper works.
Ensures legal compliance with all immigration and labour relations policies.
Represents the company in immigration and labour governmental entities in order to obtain related documents (e.g., labour approval, labour contract and entry permit).
Managing files, updating paper work and other documents, and performing other general office clerk duties
Qualifications:
UAE Nationals with family book
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Bachelor\'s Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources or equivalent
Keen to detail, strong interpersonal and analytical skills
Strong communication skills, including the ability to manage cross-cultural relationships
Bilingual; can communicate well in English and Arabic
