We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day office operations, provide administrative support, and assist with client and property management tasks. Key responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining office supplies, processing paperwork, assisting with property listings, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, agents, and vendors. Strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and responding to emails
Scheduling appointments and meetings for real estate agents
Maintaining and organizing office files and documents
Assisting in property listings and marketing materials
Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent client service
Managing office supplies and equipment
Coordinating with vendors, contractors, and clients
Requirements:
Previous administrative experience, preferably in real estate
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Positive, professional, and proactive attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
