Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and secretarial support to the CEO
Manage calendars, appointments, emails, and official correspondence
Prepare documents, reports, and basic presentations
Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and external parties
Handle general office administration, filing, and record management
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of experience
in office administration or secretarial roles
Fluent in
English
(spoken and written)
Proficient in
Tagalog
Presentable and professional personality
Good working knowledge of
MS Office
(Word, Excel, Outlook)
Immediate joiner preferred
