Reception & Visitor Management



Greet visitors, clients, and guests professionally Manage visitor entry, log registers & access badges Coordinate meeting rooms and refreshments

Call & Communication Handling



Answer incoming calls and route them to concerned departments Handle general inquiries professionally Manage official email inbox (if assigned)

Office Administrator - Roles & Responsibilities Administrative & Office Operations



Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning Maintain office supplies, pantry items, stationery & vendor coordination Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, IT support & office utilities Maintain asset register (laptops, access cards, parking cards, etc.)

Documentation & Records



Maintain employee records, files & confidential documents Manage contracts, agreements, licenses, and renewals Prepare letters, memos, circulars, and internal communications Maintain filing systems (physical & digital)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
