Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day office administration and clerical tasks
Coordinate with government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, ADGM/DED, etc.)
Manage documentation, filing, and records
Support HR tasks such as visa processing, labor contracts, and employee files
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
Assist management with reports and office requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator in the UAE
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and government procedures
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in license renewal and compliance
Knowledge of accounting or basic bookkeeping is an advantage
