Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Office Administrator to manage daily operations and support order processing in a small office environment. This role requires the ability to work independently, handle multiple responsibilities and maintain accuracy under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:



Process and manage daily customer orders accurately and efficiently Independently manage day-to-day office operations Use QuickBooks for basic accounting, invoicing and record keeping Maintain physical stock levels and perform regular stock checks Organize and prioritize daily tasks to ensure smooth workflow Conduct basic research and handle general administrative tasks Manage professional correspondence via email and phone Perform duties efficiently while working under pressure and meeting deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Familiarity with QuickBooks Strong organizational and time-management skills Quick learner with a proactive attitude Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with physical stock handling Reliable, detail-oriented and able to multitask
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
