Office Administrator (Accounting & Operations Support)



We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented

Office Administrator

with strong experience in administrative work and accounting support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working with both customers and management.

Key Responsibilities:



Perform daily office administrative tasks and provide operational support Prepare and manage documents using

Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Handle customer inquiries professionally and escalate matters to senior management when required Research, identify, and communicate with suppliers Maintain accurate financial records using

QuickBooks (Intuit) - this is a mandatory requirement

Assist with invoicing, data entry, and basic accounting tasks Coordinate internal communication and ensure smooth office workflow

Required Skills & Experience:



Proven experience in

office administration

Strong working knowledge of

QuickBooks Intuit (mandatory)

Proficiency in

MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Experience in supplier sourcing and vendor coordination Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualities:



Professional, respectful, and customer-focused attitude Minimum experience required 5 years in same field. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision Team player who communicates effectively with management Honest, dependable, and committed to long-term growth
