Proven experience as an Office Administrator, or similar role.
Strong knowledge and hands on experience with the
SIRA PORTAL
and related documentation processes
Proficiency in MS Office
Knowledge of Security Systems Industry is an added advantage
Proficiency in managing office expenses, petty cash handling, and basic accounting records
Experience in client coordination and professional communication (phone, email, in person)
Skilled in scheduling appointments, meetings and maintaing calenders
Strong problem-solving skills
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in relevant field (Business Administration, Management, or similar role
