Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks (data entry, invoicing, expense tracking).
Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Prepare bank reconciliations and financial reports as needed.
Support payroll processing and maintain related records.
Assist with month-end and year-end financial procedures.
Coordinate with external auditors or accountants when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and service contracts.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, documents).
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation.
Support HR tasks such as coordinating interviews, maintaining employee records, and assisting with onboarding.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Xero, SAP).
Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data entry).
Previous experience in office administration, bookkeeping, or accounting support.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail with the ability to analyze financial data.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Problem-solving and customer-service orientation.
Valid UAE Driving License
