to ensure smooth daily operations and support the management team.

Role Overview



The Office Administrator will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, coordinating office operations, supporting HR and management, and ensuring the workspace is efficient, well-organized, and aligned with company standards.

Key Responsibilities



Manage daily office operations and ensure the workspace is well-maintained. Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally. Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and managing calendars. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and company correspondence. Support HR with onboarding, documentation, and employee record management. Track office supplies, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and internal communications. Maintain a professional office environment reflecting the standards of Hogar Properties. Ensure follow-up on administrative tasks and timely completion of assigned duties.

Requirements



Minimum 3+ years of experience

as an office administrator or similar administrative role. Strong communication skills (written & verbal). Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to maintain confidentiality. Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of handling fast-paced office environments. Experience within real estate or property management (preferred but not mandatory).
