Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office activities to ensure smooth operations.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, memos, and documentation when required.
Assist with basic accounting tasks like petty cash, billing, and invoice processing.
Keep records of expenses, equipment, and administrative budgets.
Support HR with onboarding, attendance records, and employee documentation.
Coordinate with departments to communicate notices and instructions.
Respond to inquiries from employees, clients, or suppliers.
Support management in implementing administrative procedures.
Oversee office maintenance, repairs, and coordination with vendors.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred).
Strong communication skills--written and verbal.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Basic knowledge of accounting processes (invoicing, petty cash, expenses) is often preferred.
Good interpersonal skills for coordinating with staff, clients, and vendors.
Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
1-3 years of administrative or office support experience (depending on company requirements).
Experience in customer service or HR support is a plus.
Additional certifications in administration, HR, accounts, or similar areas are an advantage.
Valid UAE Driving License
