Responsibilities:

Maintain and update calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling.
Assist with event planning (e.g., conferences, workshops, company functions).
Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and office expenses.
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and liaise with accounting when needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection standards.
Serve as a point of contact between departments, clients, and vendors.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to support operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
