About the Role



Are you an organized multitasker who keeps things running smoothly?
MSK is looking for an

energetic and detail-oriented Office Administrator

to be the backbone of our operations in Business Bay, Dubai.

You'll be the go-to person for keeping our office organized, our schedules on track, and our team supported. If you're proactive, professional, and love bringing structure to dynamic environments -- we'd love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities



Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers with a warm, professional approach. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, packages, and courier services. Maintain office supplies, cleanliness, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Coordinate meetings, book conference rooms, and support event planning. Provide administrative assistance -- drafting documents, reports, and performing data entry. Support basic bookkeeping functions, including processing invoices, expense reports, and reconciling SOA. Liaise with IT vendors for equipment and troubleshooting issues. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems. Perform additional administrative duties as needed to ensure efficiency across teams.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in

Commerce, Business Administration

, or related field. Minimum

2 years of experience as an Office Administrator

, preferably in a

Real Estate Developer firm

. Proficient in

Microsoft Office Suite

(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and

Google Sheets

. Excellent communication skills -- written and verbal. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Professional, customer-oriented, and team-focused attitude. Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
