Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.
Maintain and organize company files, correspondence, and other administrative records (physical and digital).
Prepare, format, and distribute letters, memos, reports, and internal communications.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive documents.
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the office or management.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute them to concerned parties.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
Coordinate with department heads to communicate office policies and procedures.
Ensure office compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and administrative protocols.
Provide administrative assistance to managers and project teams as required.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management review.
Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in office administration or executive support.
Experience in managing office operations in a corporate or construction environment (preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Commitment to maintaining a professional and efficient office environment.
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
